Prescription pills, methamphetamine, cash and drug packaging materials were also found at the second location.

Boone County Sheriff Randall White noted, “Mr. Keeney appears to be one of the problems in our community, he is selling drugs and trading them for stolen items. This is not the first time we have searched his home, and if he doesn’t stop, it will not be the last. I would like to commend the efforts of our men and women who took part in this investigation. Sgt Browning is the lead case agent and was assisted by Lt. Arthur, Cpl. McCarty and Deputies Pauley, Keadle, Dingess and Ziegler. It was a long day for all involved and I appreciate their dedication”.

Keeney was arrested and charged with felony counts possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and transferring and receiving stolen property.

If he is found guilty on both charges, Keeney could be forced to spend between two and 15 years in jail.
