Grand jury indicts 24

MADISON – A Boone County Grand Jury has handed down 24 indictments during its September 2016 session according to court records from Boone County Circuit Court.

Joshua Robert Barker was indicted for conspiracy and four counts of delivery of a controlled substance after police allege he delivered Suboxone to another in exchange for $30 for each incident on Jan. 4, 11, and 27, 2016.

Stephanie Mae Anderson was indicted for delivery of a controlled substance and conspiracy after police allege she delivered Suboxone to another in exchange for $30 on Jan. 11, 2016.

According to Circuit Court documents Barker and Anderson were indicted on the conspiracy charge and one count for delivery of a controlled substance after police allege they committed these crimes together on Jan. 11, 2016.

Matthew Franklin Rhodes was indicted for conspiracy and three counts of delivery of a controlled substance after police allege on April 4, 2016 and July 13 and 14, 2016 he delivered Methamphetamine in exchange for money.

Brittany Rhodes was indicted for conspiracy and three counts delivery of a controlled substance after police allege on April 13, 2016 and July 13, 2016 she delivered Methamphetamine in exchange for money.

According to Circuit Court documents Matthew and Brittany were indicted on the conspiracy charge and one count delivery of a controlled substance after police allege they committed these crimes together on July 13, 2016.

Robert Earl Sperry and Barry Lee Hensley were indicted on one count grand larceny and one count conspiracy after police allege they took two 300 gallon plastic tanks full of diesel fuel valued at approximately $2000 belonging to Patriot Coal Company on Jan. 31, 2016.

Marlena Dawn Adkins was indicted on one count of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and one count possession of a controlled substance after police allege on Feb. 14, 2016 she possessed six small plastic baggies of Methamphetamine and Suboxone.

Tiffany Shawnda Adkins was indicted on two counts of fleeing from an officer by vehicle with reckless indifference after police allege on June 9, 2015 she fled from Trooper R.D. Holden and after police allege on Dec. 10, 2015 she fled from Sgt. B. G. Browning. She was also indicted for one count destruction of property after police allege on Dec. 10, 2015 she caused approximately $2,506.18 in damage to a Boone County Sheriff’s Department cruiser by ramming into it.

Wanda Blevins was indicted on three counts delivery of a controlled substance after police allege on Feb. 10, 2016 and March 8, 2016 she delivered Subutex Tablets and 2mg Xanax to another for money.

Wayne Boulet was indicted on one count of delivery of a controlled substance after police allege on April 1, 2016 he delivered Methamphetamine to another.

Clayton Seth Bradshaw was indicted of one count financial exploitation of an elderly person, six counts forgery and six counts uttering after police allege that between Jan. 28, 2016 and Feb. 22, 2016 he forged and uttered six checks totaling $1800 as well made unauthorized charges to a credit card totaling $635.07 that belonged to Joyce Tapley.

Delbert Lee Branham was indicted on three counts of delivery of a controlled substance after police allege on Feb. 10, 2016 he delivered two Xanax pills to another in exchange for $10 each. Police also allege that Branham on two separate incidents on March 8, 2016 delivered five Hydrocodone 10mg Tablets to another totaling $50.

Ricky Lee Broughton was indicted on one count possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and one count of possession of a controlled substance after police allege on March 11, 2016 possessed a quantity of Methamphetamine and Suboxone.

Eddie Wayne Carpenter was indicted for two counts third degree sexual assault of a female less than 16 years old, one count soliciting a minor via computer and one count distribution and display to minor of obscene matter after police allege that between Nov. – Dec. 2015 these incidents occurred.

Jason Kenneth Collins was indicted for one count grand larceny and one count attempted grand larceny after police allege on March 27, 2016 he stole a 2007 black Honda Foreman 500 ATV with an approximate value of $4000 belonging to Terry Arthur and attempted to steal a 2011 Chevrolet Silverado valued over $1000 from Timothy and Sarah Fowler.

Daniel Patrick Cummings III was indicted on two counts of delivery of a controlled substance after police allege on April 13, 2016 and June 17, 2016 he delivered Methamphetamine to another.

Keven Scott Epling was indicted on one count burglary and one count grand larceny after police allege on March 11, 2016 he broke into a mobile home owned by Immobilien Rental Company stealing items totaling $1,798.

Jason Allen Kuhn was indicted on three counts delivery of a controlled substance after police allege on Feb. 9 and 11, 2016 he delivered four Suboxone strips to another in three different incidents for the exchange totaling $120.

Zachariah Poore was indicted for one count grand larceny and one count destruction of property after police allege on April 18, 2016 he stole a blue Yamaha 110 motorcycle belonging to Selena Harris which he then allegedly altered its appearance by spray painting the body of the motorcycle.

Jeffery Scott Sharp was indicted on one count of manufacturing a controlled substance, one count of possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance and one count possession with the intent to manufacture a controlled substance after police allege on April 6, 2016 he had been cultivating approximately 48 marijuana plants, had possession of marijuana and was possessing a quantity of marijuana seeds with the intent of cultivation.

Jordan Lee Smith was indicted on one count fleeing from an officer in a vehicle with reckless indifference and one count possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver after police allege on Nov. 11, 2015 he fled from Sergeant B.G. Browning of the Boone County Sheriff’s Department and had possession of a Xanax to deliver to another.

Thomas Z. Mullins was indicted on four counts for delivery of a controlled substance after police allege on April 21, May 12, and June 17, 2016 delivered Methamphetamine to another in exchange for money. Police also allege on April 27, 2016 Mullins delivered Heroin to another in exchange for money.

Jack Anthony Webb was indicted on three counts of delivery of a controlled substance after police allege on March 15 and 25, 2016 and April 1, 2016 he delivered Methamphetamine to another in exchange for the amount of $50 in each incident.

Wayne D. Williams was indicted on three counts of delivery of a controlled substance after police allege on April 1 and 11, 2016 and May 17, 2016 he delivered two Suboxone strips to another in exchange for the amount of $60 in each incident.

An indictment is a formal accusation that a person has committed said offenses. All persons should be considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.
