Man arrested for 11 charges

Matthew C. Adkins, 29 from Ridgeview, W.Va. was arrested November 2 on five felony charges which allegedly occurred in June 2015 and six misdemeanor charges. According to the criminal complaint Adkins was arrested for operating or attempting to operate clandestine drug laboratories, possession of substances to be used as precursor to manufacture of methamphetamine, possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine, exposure of children to methamphetamine manufacturing and conspiracy. According to a criminal complaint Adkins also was arrested on the following misdemeanor charges DUI with a minor, two counts possession of a controlled substance, driving suspended misc., speeding and expired MVI.

Jim Allen Sosebee, 51 from Van, W.Va. was arrested October 27 on four misdemeanor charges. According to the criminal complaint Sosebee was arrested for leaving the scene of an accident with property damage, driving on a suspended license, no insurance and an unregistered motor vehicle.

Charles David Casterline III, 37 from Madison was arrested October 30 on one misdemeanor charge. According to the criminal complaint Casterline was arrested for his second offense of shoplifting.

Kevin Michael Vaughn, 37 from Orgas, W.Va. was arrested November 2 on one misdemeanor charge. According to the criminal complaint Vaughn was arrested for assault which allegedly occurred September 13.

George Allan Dotson, 38 from Seth, W.Va. was arrested November 2 on two felony charges. According to the criminal complaint Dotson was arrested for grand larceny and conspiracy. 60 to 65 feet of 4/0 – 4G copper cable was allegedly stolen by Dotson and another individual from a property belonging to Alpha Natural Resources.

Eric S. Federico, 46 from Danville, W.Va. was arrested November 3 on three misdemeanor charges. According to the criminal complaint Federico was arrested for domestic battery, domestic assault and brandishing a weapon.
