The Boone County Mutual Aid Firefighters Association would like to thank those who assisted in the Boone County School on October 7th and 8th , 2006: Scott High School’s administration and staff, Krispy Kreme Doughnuts, Robert Moore, Jody Beckett of Finley Fire Equipment, Rock Lick Warehouse and Harper’s Market.

We would like to recognize the work performed by all the instructors and firefighters, especially Ashley Long, Sandy Armstrong, Jason Estep, Doug Estep, Jim Berry and the members of the Madison Fire Department for hosting the cook-out. A special thank you goes to Amber Spurlock for singing the National Anthem.

Over 100 firefighters from six counties attended this year making the Boone County Fire School a success in the continual training of volunteer firefighters in southern West Virginia.
