‘WVU Day’ comes to the Capitol
CHARLESTON — Visitors to West Virginia’s State Capitol witness hundreds of the state’s 4-H’ers as they begin a new chapter in their lives last week. For many who attended West Virginia University and WVU Extension’s education-filled Day at the Legislature in Charleston, it was the first time to see their legislature in action.
