Skyhawks fall to Indians

The Scott Skyhawks fell to 5-8 on the season as they lost to Sissonville 77-68 last week.

The Indians led 21-16 after the first quarters, but Scott battled back to outscore Sissonville 25-18 in the second quarter to take the lead 41-39 at the half.

Sissonville outscored the Skyhawks of Coach Nick Cabell 38 to 27 in the second half to pull away with the Cardinal Conference win.

Tanner Bell and Patrick Underwood led Scott with 22 and 21 points respectively.

Alan Johnson added 12 for Scott.

Chance Brown led the Indians with 22 points, while Nathan Samples fired in 20 and Seth Bowlin 18 for Sissonville.
