Timothy D. Cooper, son of Allen Cooper and Nina Hunter of Charleston, and Tracey A. Stevens, daughter of Timothy Stevens of East Bank and the late Nancy Stevens were married on April 18, 2012 by Judge Will Thompson in a small ceremony with a few family members at the Boone County Courthouse. Tracey is the mother of Alexa and Logan Meadows. The couple will reside in Nellis. A wedding for family and friends will be held at a later time.
