The Madison Rotary Club’s newest member, Joshua (Josh) Cogar, received his Rotary pin from District Governor Ernie Hays when Governor Hays visited the club on October 4. Josh graduated from Waynesburg University with a degree in finance and is a financial representative for Modern Woodmen. He and his wife, the former Tara Hager, a Boone County native, reside in Chapmanville where Josh has his office. At left in photo is Rotarian Mark Linville, who proposed Josh for Rotary membership.
